When you email Larry

Email links on this site open a draft in your own mail app. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Your message is then handled by your email provider and Larry’s email provider.

Send only the information needed to start the conversation. Do not include confidential employee, candidate, health, compensation, investigation, or other sensitive personal information.

Website operation

The site does not ask you to enter assessment answers or decision details. Like most websites, its hosting infrastructure may process technical request information—such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may also set an essential security cookie, such as __cf_bm, to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated abuse.

No new customer analytics, advertising tracker, or lead-form service has been added to this website.

The separate guided tool

The guided AI Decision Review is not public and is not linked directly from this website. Access remains controlled until its hosted access, recovery, isolation, retention, deletion, and provider checks pass.

If Larry invites you to a future test before those policies are finalized, use only a fictional or non-confidential scenario and follow the participant instructions provided with the invitation.
