When you email Larry

Email links on this site open a draft in your own mail app. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Your message is then handled by your email provider and Larry’s email provider.

Send only the information needed to start the conversation. Do not include confidential employee, candidate, health, compensation, investigation, or other sensitive personal information.

Website operation

The site does not ask you to enter assessment answers or decision details. Like most websites, its hosting infrastructure may process technical request information—such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may also set an essential security cookie, such as __cf_bm, to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated abuse.

This website does not use a customer analytics service, advertising tracker, or lead form. The hosting and security information described above may still be processed.

The optional guided tool

The guided AI Decision Review is not public and is not linked directly from this website. You do not need it to discuss a decision or work with Larry. An access request does not grant permission to use it.

Any limited test requires Larry’s invitation and uses a fictional or non-confidential scenario under the participant instructions. The tool is not offered for confidential employee or assessment data. Information-handling arrangements must be explained before any invited participation.
